An idyllic existence on a South Pacific island feels threatened when the King wants to import British institutions to bring the administration up-to-date.
Vested interests are opposed to this and plot secretly against the plan, aided by the regular publication of Fake News.
The King’s Cambridge-educated daughter is pursued by rival suitors, while her two little sisters may not be as innocent as they look.
We are transported to the French Riviera for high jinks and hilarity.
