At the Resolution Bar, all and sundry come to escape the trials and tribulations of everyday life. At this weekly open-mic night, the room is usually packed.
The regular patrons - a whole host of musical wannabes - flock there to forget their many and varied problems, live out their dreams and for a few hours a week believe they really are stars.

At Resolution’s open-mic night, you can lose yourselves in a haze of live music. There’s an unspoken contract between all who pass through the door – ‘We will all show respect for each other’s performance’. At Resolution, all are welcome and anything goes!

Financially, the club is managing to survive.
It may not make a huge profit, but it makes a huge difference to the well-being and happiness of the musicians that attend.
This ethos is driven by Alvin Corbet the larger-than-life bar manager and flamboyant host.

However, Charlie the absent owner, has allowed the building to fall into disrepair.
This ultimately threatens the future of Resolution and the wellbeing of those who have come to rely on it.
The problems and resolutions of the business are played out alongside the problems and resolutions of the regulars and the musical family they have become.

Resolution Rocks is an exciting new musical created and developed by Wheel Rocket Productions in West Yorkshire, and will be premiered in West Yorkshire in February 2027
